What is H.pylori?

H.pylori (helicobacter) is a common type of bacterium that grows in the gastrointestinal tract and tends to attack the lining of the stomach. it infects the stomach in about 60% of the world’s trusted sources of the adult population. h.pylori infections are usually harmless, but they are the cause of most gastric and small intestinal ulcers.

How does the service work?

A c-urea breath test will be conducted in the pharmacies private consultation room. you will be asked to breathe into a device to take a sample which is sent to the lab for analysis. your results will be sent to you as soon as we receive them, usually, it can take 10 days for the results to come.
